I’m happy to watch a few ads before a lesson and to have daily limits as long as I can get access to the whole thing! What chess.com does is limits the amount of stuff you can do per day on free version

I understand the marketing behind offering reduced rates after someone signs up but might I suggest at least 1 free lesson setup just so we have an idea about format. The requirements to sign up before “testing “ shows a 1-way relationship where the company values itself more than customers. I’m saying TRUST your customers and give one free lesson. Something that has all the “bells & whistles” a user might see in different modules after they pay. Good luck! Mike Amsbaugh

Tried all suggested troubleshooting from apple App Store. iPhone 11 iOS 14.1 app version 2.3 With no success.

On iPhone 11, when you’re typing, the keyboard is raised about half an inch from the bottom, so that when you’re typing, you’re holding the phone in the middle of rather than towards the bottom. This keeps the phone centered and stable while typing. The theory exercise keys are at the bottom of the screen and this makes it harder to hold the phone while doing the exercise, especially since the app only works when holding the phone in portrait mode.

Make it free for people who absolutely can’t pay it in anyway,we live in iran 🇮🇷 😭😤

I’ve been using the website and searching for chords and scales and it has been really useful but it only shows how to play it on the piano or guitar. It would be really useful if it showed how it was written on a staff I guess when it comes to the more complicated chords and scales.

Doesn’t open the lesson, just gives me a white screen (ipone 11 - ios 13.2.3)

Allow skipping lessons. As someone who knows a bunch of stuff I will not be bothered to go thorough absolute basics again. Without lesson skipping I would not be interested in wasting my time before I get to new and useful content.
